Consumers’ demands are undergoing big changes. The change in consciousness make us as consumers realize that even though material abundance does give convenience, safety and secure survival on a material level and it does not necessarily give us deeper meaning or fulfillment. Therefore, we are demanding experiences and offerings that are authentic and ultimately can provide meaning in our lives. We are searching for experiences that make us feel connected and a part of something bigger, a greater good.
The new consumer has a new awareness and ability to sense whether something is real or not. By real I mean something that transmits stronger energetic frequency and is created with the intention of doing something good and valuable. That new frequency is manifested and transmitted in the most powerful way through co-creation between the companies their customers and other stakeholders.
The Quantum Company consider this trend as an essential understanding for how it is to build a business today.
Over the years I have always wondered what made a company attractive and vibrant. It was clear to me that some companies really had a powerful energy and some did not. It wasn’t just a matter of how much money they made or what their reputation was. Slowly I realized that there was an important factor present in these vibrating companies – I call this energy.
I have always been able to sense if a company had the right energy or not. I can feel if a certain aspect of the company does not move freely. In my experience, a lack of free energy flow will materialize into real problems over time. Therefore, I have been able to sense problems long before they emerged. Over the years I have realized that there actually is a structured way to do this. This I will show so you can do it yourself. I have experienced what it feels like when a company goes into flow and things just happen. That is when the energy is aligned and in flow.
The essential aspect of The Quantum Company is, that when we live our essence we can connect with ourselves and get a deeper connection to our wider being. Through this we get a connection with our body and our senses. We are able to connect with the deeper wisdom and information that is available to us in the quantum field of potential through our intuition.
Companies are just reflections of who we are, what we do and how we live. That is why building and leading a company is a personal journey often acting as a very powerful mirror showing who you are. I understand a company as an energetic system with a deeper intention co-created with the people involved. When we enable the right things the company becomes aligned and energeticly amplified.
When you do things that are important and mean something to you on a deeper level, it makes you feel energized. That results in a kind of co-creation with yourself and a realization about who you are. It also results in co-creation between you and the others involved that creates and manifests something important, something that you find deeply valuable. This is something that creates an amplified energy which enables you to access deeper wisdom and intuitive insights, which is vital for the succes of a Quantum Company.
When you work in alignment with your soul mission you start to live in alignment with a powerful force. When you live and act in accordance to what is really right for you, this will give you access to a whole new set of powers.
I believe that using the newest from of applied quantum field theory is a good way to understand what a company is about, how it can be structured, its deeper goals and aspirations and what makes it successful. Recent research of applied quantum field theory shows that energetic fields exist inside everything. Science shows that we are all related to the same source, and therefore connected. We call this the field.
This field is really the foundation of our life. It is also a way to explain the phenomenons we experience in our lives that cannot be understood through traditional science. In fact what happens in the energetic field or the quantum field affects our possibilities and understanding of reality. If you start to live in alignment with the energetic field then you can access flow and work with a whole different source of power; the power of the quantum field.
Flow in business happens when everybody involved are energetically aligned. When everything and everybody related to the company are in full alignment extraordinary results will happen, but maybe not the way you originally anticipated it to. Sometimes results will come in unexpected ways.Your job is to explore what it means and maybe change your direction, goals and actions. Business becomes an adventure in life.
Sometimes in sport – e.g. a football player does the seemingly impossible – dribling to opponents, running past yet another before scoring the perfect goal. The same can happen for companies and maybe you have also sensed a company in flow. These companies have a vibrant powerful energy compared to others which in contrast emit a sluggish or even dead energy. Often you can sense it through intuition and it can directly guide you on a subconscious level.
What really makes a company successful is focusing on something deeply important. When we focus on something important things start to create meaning on a whole different level.
When the company and the people involved – the tribe – live what they truly are, the energetic field is amplified. It simply transmits the energetic frequency further. I’m sure that you have had the experience of suddenly being attracted to some person, cause or company without fully understanding why.
This causes you to feel the frequency and deeper intention of the company, cause or person. You are probably not able to explain why – but it is really the energy that you sense. You are attracted because you sense that you can grow, find a new aspect of yourself and live it by interacting with that company, person or cause.
Fundamentally, you are driven from a deeper aspect of yourself: Your soul and essence. When you feel something or someone is interesting, often it is because you can get in contact with a deep aspect of yourself.
That is the power and core function of the Quantum Company. It attracts people to a shared cause or intention, for the benefit of everybody involved. The Quantum Company co-creates an energetic field with the tribe and allows all people involved to tap into that energetic field and realize their essence.
When we live our essence we can connect with ourselves and get a deeper connection to our wider being. Through this we get a good connection with our body and our sense. We are able to connect with the deeper wisdom and information that is available to us in the quantum field of potential through our intuition.
When a creation is aligned with your deeper intention, the frequency it is transmitting becomes much more powerful and authentic. It travels further and attracts people with similar tastes and preferences which amplifies the energetic field even further through a circle of co-creation. That is the power of a Quantum Company. It co-creates the energetic field in everything it does and from that it manifests and materializes its products and services.
